🚚 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

During high-demand periods, sales, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always try our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

📦 Shipping Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

We offer Free shipping for the orders above ₹1500.

🔍 Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can follow your package in real-time using that link.

If tracking is not updated for 24–48 hours, don’t worry — courier partners sometimes update in batches. Feel free to reach out if you need help.

✨ Packaging & Safety

All perfume bottles are glass and fragile — so we pack them securely with extra protection to ensure safe delivery.

Even with careful packaging, rough handling by courier services is beyond our control.
This is why damaged or leaking products cannot be returned, as mentioned in our Refund Policy.

🚫 Wrong Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct.

We cannot be responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer

  • Delays caused by inaccurate contact details

  • Failed deliveries due to unavailability of the recipient

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.

❌ Order Cancellation (Shipping Related)

Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing them.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
