✨ Returns
Perfume bottles are delicate glass items, and although we pack every order with great care, we understand that shipping can sometimes be rough.
However, due to the fragile nature of glass products, we do not accept returns for damaged or leaking items.
We will accept returns only if:
- You received the wrong product, or
- Your order was incomplete
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
📹 Unpacking Video Requirement
To process ANY refund or return request—whether it's for a wrong item, an incomplete order, or another approved reason—you must provide an unboxing/unpacking video.
The video must:
- Clearly show the package from all sides before opening
- Show the opening process from start to finish (no cuts or edits)
- Clearly display the correct or incorrect item(s) inside the box
Without a valid unpacking video, we cannot accept or process refund or return requests.
This helps us verify issues quickly and protects both you and our business from courier mishandling.
🕒 Time Frame
Eligible return/refund requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, and due to the fragile nature of perfume bottles, the following cannot be returned:
- Damaged or leaking perfume bottles
- Opened or used perfumes
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
💸 Refund Process
If your return request is approved:
- You may be asked to send the item back unused and in original condition
- Once inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
🔄 Exchanges
Exchanges are available only if:
- You received the wrong product, OR
- Your order was incomplete
An unpacking video is required for verification.
We cannot offer exchanges for damaged items or scent preference.
❌ Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.
